We've received reports from some customers of emails asking you to keep your email or cPanel password, and these emails are often in English.
4host will never send a warning that an email or cPanel password may expire, so please report these phishing emails immediately to supporto@4host.ch.
Finally, we'd like to remind you of the procedure for resetting your cPanel password after our intervention a few months ago. Following our military-grade encryption upgrade, we've implemented this procedure for all our valued customers:
1. https://www.4host.ch/clienti/login
2. Services > My Services > Click on Details for the hosting service you wish to work with.
3. From the Actions submenu > "Change Password" > you can change your cPanel password.
4. Log in to your cPanel by typing yourdomain.ch/cpanel or cpanel.yourdomain.com in your browser's address bar (replace with your domain and extension).
