from our long internal research we have come to the conclusion that the best client software for reading emails are the following (in order of best> worst):
- eM Client> https://emclient.com/
Simple, solid and safe to configure and with 4host they self-configure emails, free license for one month with unlimited accounts, low license cost (for life), from 4host super recommended. - The bat> https://www.ritlabs.com/en/products/thebat/
Very solid, secure email client, a little more complicated than eM client, but extremely reliable, 4host recommends its use. - Microsoft email> free on windows 10 and windows 11.
a little less simple to use and configure, very basic features, free and integrated in windows 10/11, recommended (in reserve, preferably eM client or the bat) - Microsoft Outlook> Very expensive license to buy on microsoft store.
Best known email client but a little more difficult to configure, not always automated and does not recommend secure configurations with secure ports. Recommended for more experienced users. 4host does not recommend its use (preferably eM client or the bat) - Mozilla Thunderbird> Open source, free.
An extremely versatile client, not easy to configure, 4host does not totally advise against it, but it has synchronization problems and random errors that after prolonged use it is always better to reinstall (preferably eM client or the bat).
We hope to have given you a good suggestion, we highly recommend using eM Client as our internal tests have resulted in the easiest, most organized and cleanest email client ever (here obviously our opinion is absolutely subjective, but v 'we invite you to try it for yourself).
