We have received reports from some customers that they have the problem of sending emails to bluewin, tiscali, wind and some other provider that uses cloudmark as an antispam system.
If you should see your email, please return with an error message and with this for example:
the problem to cloudmark, which will intervene to remove you from the blacklist and then allow you to send emails again to recipients of bluewin, tiscali, wind, etc. .. who use these blacklist engines.
in addition to this article we also recommend that you follow these tips:
- Always check the attachments you send, many recipients consider various extensions such as powerpoint, word, executable files, images with rare extensions ex: psd, .tiff, .svg, .exe, docx, doc are considered by many phishing threat providers, spam, malware etc ... it is possible that they do not receive them at all, here the solution is to create a .zip or .rar file (contact the recipient to ask which compressed extensions are allowed), or deliver a link to the file on a site web eg: https://www.yoursite.ch/yourofile.zip and include it in the email
- Always check that both in the body of your email and in the signature of your email each link there are no texts that do not correspond to the url eg: my email with link: mailto: mia.email@gmail.com, must be: mailto: mia.email@gmail.com both as a name and as a link, another example: mysite (with link http://mysite.ch), also in this example the message of the link does not correspond to the link i.e .: mysite is not the same to http://mysite.ch, then make sure the link in the email message matches the extended url! ex: https://www.4host.ch with link: https://www.4host.ch if the message and the link are different some recipients will not receive your message as they think that the message differs from the URL of the link the algorithm will establish that they are fraudulent, even if you legitimately send a legitimate url!
Final notes on other operations that must be considered so that your emails do not end up in spam:
If the two points above are respected there is no reason why the recipients receive the emails in the spam folder or not even receive them at all!
If you have any doubts about the reliability of our servers you can always check that the server assigned to you is not in any blacklist list eg:
Warning: There are a couple of exceptions > 1. dnsbl-2.uceprotect.net and 2. dnsbl-3.uceprotect.net > these two concern subnets (i.e. "nearby" servers that send spam) if you find one of the our servers, this does not mean that it is our servers that send spam, but rather they are "nearby" servers that probably sent it) and for this reason, these two "providers" can be ignored as they have no effect on the specific IP .
by entering the IP of the server that has been assigned to you (you can know it from the welcome email to the service or within cpanel) it is possible to verify that your assigned server is not present in any of the database lists in dnsbl.info .
