Simple support allows the customer to request small changes to their customer area (e.g. Edit master data, change nameserver, support of hosting space in general). Simple support does not support website changes.
It does not perform analysis or draft specialized specifications, does not perform interventions on advanced dns configurations.
Maximum work time: 1 total hours over 1 year (2 30 min surgeries)
The advanced assistance, in addition to the small changes on its customer area and on cpanel, also makes interventions remotely on the PC, smartphone/mobile, tablet, customer laptop. Performs small analyses on customer device issues and solves them. It also performs medium complexity configurations and performs operations on advanced dns (necessary analysis and case study).
It also draws up brief specialist specifications on the analysis carried out. Again, it does not perform work on the customer’s site.
Maximum work time: 2 total hours over 1 year (about 4 30 min surgeries)
Full assistance, in addition to remote interventions on the PC, smartphone/mobile, tablet, customer laptop. Performs medium/complex analyses of customer device issues and solves them. It also performs medium/advanced complexity configurations and performs advanced dns operations (required analysis and case study).
It also drafts comprehensive specialist specifications on the analysis carried out. With the full assistance are also included interventions on the customer’s websites regarding security, redirections, optimization of the site to make it safe and fast.
Maximum work time: 3 total hours over 1 year (6 30 min surgeries)
