It does not carry out analyzes or prepare specialist specifications, it does not perform operations on advanced DNS configurations.
Maximum time of work execution: 1 total hours over 1 year (2 interventions from 30 min)

It performs small analysis on problems of the client’s devices and solves them. It also makes configurations of medium complexity and performs operations on advanced dns (necessary analysis and case study).
It also draws up brief specialist specifications regarding the analysis carried out. Also in this case it does not perform works on the client’s site.

It also prepares complete specialized specifications regarding the analysis carried out. Full assistance also includes interventions on customer websites regarding security, redirections, site optimization to make it secure and fast.
